Questions
Is
there a difference in registration fee between NMC members and non-members?
No. Pre-registration
is the same for NMC members and non-members.
Is
there a registration discount for additional people from the same farm
or same company?
No.
May I register for an event on just one day, or
do I need to attend both days of the conference?
You may select events on just one day or both days.
What
are the deadlines for registration?
To receive
the pre-registration discount for the general session (main program
on Wednesday), your payment must be received at the NMC office by
August 4. After this date you must register onsite. The deadline
for signing up for the NMC short courses, farm tour, and Lambeau Field
tour is also August 4, however those events may fill up
before the deadline. On-site registration for short courses, the farm
tour, and Lambeau Field tour will not be accepted the day of the meeting
UNLESS there is space available. You must contact the NMC office directly
to find out.
Are
credit cards accepted?
Yes, Visa,
Mastercard and American Express.
Do
you send out confirmations for registration?
Confirmations
are emailed to registrants who provide an email address.
Can
I get a refund if I cancel?
Full refunds are provided if made online or in writing prior to
August 1. A $25 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations after
August 1. No refunds are provided after August 8.

on the Short Courses
May
I take more than one short course?
No. The courses
run concurrently.
If
a course is full, may I be put on a waiting list?
No. Waiting
lists are not maintained.
What
is the registration deadline for the NMC short courses?
August
4.
How
do I know if a short course still has space available?
Enrollment
status for each course is updated on a regular basis. Check the meetings
updates and announcements section or contact the NMC office
to find out if a course has filled up.
Are
short course registrations accepted after the deadline?
The pre-registration
deadline is August 4. Onsite registration
will not be accepted for the short course unless there is space available.
You must contact the NMC office to check whether you may register for
a short course on-site.

on the NMC Reception at Lambeau Field
Who
may attend the reception at Lambeau Field?
All meeting
registrants, regardless of what events they have registered for, are
invited to attend the reception.
Do
I need to sign up for the reception?
Yes, all individuals
who plan to attend the reception need to register for the reception.
There is no additional fee, however they still need to register.
What
is the registration deadline for the reception?
Pre-registration
is August 4. You may also register at the meeting on August 12.
