Pennsylvania
Dairy Producers and Allied Industry Professionals to Receive Discounted
Registration Fee
Thanks to a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry,
and administered through the Lancaster Workforce Investment Board, the
standard registration fee for the Joint NMC Regional Meeting and MAC Conference
has been discounted 60% for dairy producers and their employees,
dairy consultants, veterinarians, extension educators/specialists, service
techs, and other allied industry personnel who work in Pennsylvania.
In order to receive this discounted registration fee, the PA Department
of Labor and Industry requires that program registrants provide a current
address and a valid Social Security Number. The dairy or business Federal
Employer ID Number (FEIN) is also requested if available.
For security reasons,
this information will not be collected in advance of the meeting. Therefore,
discounts will be applied at the time of the meeting.
- For individuals
who register in advance of the meeting (at full price), a registration
"rebate" or "reimbursement" will be provided at
the meeting.
- For individuals
who register onsite, registration fees will already be discounted.
When registrants
pick up their program materials and name badge at the registration desk
on the day of the conference, they will need to fill out a form that
includes name, address and social security number. This information
is required for the discount to be applied. To ensure confidentiality,
these forms will be forwarded directly to the PA Department of Labor
and Industry.

To obtain the conference
rate for hotel rooms, reservations should t be made by May 4. Reservation
