Pre-Registration Deadline is August 31; Onsite-registration will also be accepted for certain events
The deadline for PRE-registration is August 31. However registrations WILL be accepted on the day of the event.

Be aware that two of the short courses are now FULL, and no additional registrations will be accepted. If you would like to be put on a waiting list, please call or email the NMC office. See short course and farm tour status below:

Short Course and Farm Tour -- Enrollment Status as of August 31, 2010:
  • Registration for the farm tour is OPEN.
  • Registration for short course #1 (Seek and Ye Shall Find: Visual Inspection Techniques...) is FULL. No additional registrations will be accepted. Contact the NMC office if you are interested in being put on a waiting list.
  • Registration for short course #2 (Taking Control of Your SCC) is FULL. No additional registrations will be accepted. Contact the NMC office if you are interested in being put on a waiting list.
  • Registration for short course #3 (On-Farm Culture Based Treatment of Clinical Mastitis) has limited space available. However, pre-registration is closed, so you will need to register at-the-door. If you are interested in taking the course, please call or email the NMC office.

Short Course and Farm Tour Registration Deadline
The PRE-registration deadline for the short courses and farm tour (held on Wednesday September 8) is August 31.

After August 31, contact the NMC office to see if there is still space available. Registration at-the-door will be possible ONLY if the the course or farm tour is not filled.

Main Program (General Session) Registration Deadline
The PRE-registration deadline for the main program (held on Thursday, September 9) is August 31. Please note that forms received at the NMC office after August 31 will NOT be pre-registered.

After August 31 registration will be accepted at-the-door.

Seminar for Spanish-Speaking Milkers Registration Deadline
The PRE-registration deadline for the seminar for Spanish-speaking milkers (held on Thursday, September 9) is August 31. Please note that forms received at the NMC office after August 31 will NOT be pre-registered.

Make Your Hotel Reservations By August 17
To obtain the conference rate for hotel rooms, reservations should be made by August 17. Reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Be sure to tell the hotel you will be attending the NMC meeting so that you can get the special conference room rate.
