General Questions
Is
there a difference in registration fee between NMC members and non-members?
No. Pre-registration
for the NMC general session and NMC short course is $75 regardless of
whether you are a member or non-member of NMC. Onsite registration for
the general session is $85.
Is
there a registration discount for additional people from the same farm
or same company?
No.
What
are the deadlines for registration?
To receive
the pre-registration discount, your payment must be received at the
NMC office by May 9. After this date you
must register onsite. The deadline for signing up for the NMC short
course is also May 9, However, it may fill up before the deadline.
On-site registration for short course will not be accepted the day of
the meeting UNLESS there is space available.
Are
credit cards accepted?
Yes, Visa
and Mastercard.
Do
you send out confirmations for registration?
Only for online
registrations.
Can
I get a refund if I cancel?
Full refunds for the general session program are provided if made in
writing prior to May 15 (50%) thereafter.

on the Short Courses
What
is the difference between the NMC short course and the ADVC seminar?
The Academy of Dairy Veterinary Consultants (ADVC)
is holding their spring meeting in conjunction with the NMC regional
meeting. The ADVC seminar will be open to non-ADVC veterinarians for
an additional fee, which includes a one-year membership in ADVC.
How do I register for the ADVC seminar?
Registration for the ADVC seminar is separate
from NMC registration. For more information or to register for the ADVC

May I take both the NMC short course and the ADVC seminar?
No. The courses
run concurrently.
If
a course is full, may I be put on a waiting list?
No. Waiting
lists are not maintained.
What
is the registration deadline for the NMC short course?

How
do I know if a short course still has space available?
Enrollment
status for each course is updated on a regular basis. Check the meetings
updates and announcements section or contact the NMC office
to find out if a course has filled up.
Are
short course registrations accepted after the deadline?
The pre-registration
deadline is May 9. Onsite registration
will not be accepted for the short course unless there is space available.
You must check with the NMC office to check whether you may register
for a short course on-site.
Do
you send out confirmation of short course registration?
Only if you
register online. However we will notify you if you are NOT admitted
into a course.
