How to Register
Registrations are accepted online or via mail/fax (download printable registration form here). Registrations for the NMC conference are not accepted over the phone.

Pre-Conference Short Course Registration Information (held from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 22

• There are two pre-conference educational options - the NMC short course and the ADVC seminar (click here for information on both).
• The short course and seminar have limited enrollment (45 registrants).
• Registration is $75 for the NMC short course.
• The ADVC seminar is open to non-ADVC veterinarians for $150 which includes ADVC membership for a year (registration is not handled by NMC). For more information on the ADVC seminar contact Dale Moore at damoore@ucdavis.edu 559-688-1731 x217 or Bill Sischo at wmsischo@ucdavis.edu.]
  
• Registration deadline for the NMC short course is May 9. However, the course may fill up before the deadline.
• The seminar and short course run concurrently so you may register for only one.
• You may attend a short course or seminar and not attend the general session on May 23.
• Full refunds for cancellations received by May 15 (50% thereafter). Requests must be in writing (fax, mail or email).

General Session Registration Information (program held from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm on Wednesday, May 23)

• The pre-registration deadline is May 9. After this date, you need to register on site.
• The pre-registration fee is $75. Registration at the meeting is $85.
• Full refunds for cancellations made by May 15 (50% thereafter). Requests must be in writing (fax, mail or email).

Registration Confirmation
Confirmations are only sent to individuals who register online. An automatic email message will be sent to confirm your online registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, your registration may not have been received. If this occurs, please contact the NMC office. Confirmations are not sent to people who mail or fax in their registration form. You will be contacted if you do NOT get into the NMC short course.
