2025 National Dairy Quality Awards

NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN.

The purpose of the National Dairy Quality Awards is to recognize individuals who best exemplify quality milk production throughout the industry. The program is open to all U.S. and Canadian dairy producers.

Applications need to be submitted by professionals who serve the dairy industry, such as dairy plant field representatives, veterinarians, extension specialists, or DHI supervisors. The nominator must work with the dairy producer to complete this application. Dairy producers may not nominate themselves.

NOTE: Farms that received a Platinum Award for two consecutive years must “sit out” two years before they are eligible again. (Meaning that producers who received Platinum recognition for 2023 and 2024 will be eligible again in 2027.)

This form is the initial screening application for the awards program. Finalists will be selected based on the data provided in this nomination form and then asked to complete a more detailed application providing additional information about individual cow and overall herd management. Nomination forms must be received no later than August 31, 2025.
