I’m Jim Davenport. We’ve won the National Dairy Quality Award, Platinum Award I think six or seven times. We milk 64 cows in New York state and we are the valued-added seller milk in New York City with a group of like-minded, high-quality farmers. Well the reason we joined NMC the first time is we won the award and went to the meeting, but learned so much that I felt even as a producer without a lot of training I could pick something up at every meeting and I have. And our somatic cell count has dropped every year we’ve been attending and it’s just because we’ve been learning new things from the people that know the most about it.
