As far as NMC, I find a lot of value in NMC… for milk quality information, but more than that. Talking and connecting with other members, looking at the latest research, and seeing how it can be applied to the farm. Dairy farmers out there get in a lot of different situations and there’s a lot of applied research that we can use to help improve their milk quality and milk harvest.
