If there’s one thing I’ll say, NMC is full of people who are passionate about milk quality. And when you get passionate people, there are lots of different viewpoints. Sometimes the best thing that’s happened at NMC is I actually disagreed with somebody and that made me challenge the way that I think. And through that, I was able to rethink what I thought I knew and realize that I was maybe on the wrong track. Or, sometimes it just made me reaffirm that I was on the right track with things. So even when I disagreed with people at these meetings, I still found a way to grow from that.”
