The NMC Annual Meeting is designed for all individuals interested in mastitis control, quality milk production and udder health. Attendees come from around the world and include veterinarians, dairy producers, researchers, extension specialists, industry suppliers, dairy processor field representatives, regulatory officials, teachers and students. The meeting features world-renowned presenters who will address a variety of milk quality production principles and offer hands-on strategies to improve udder health.
The NMC Short Courses will only be offered at the in-person meeting. There are no virtual short course offerings in 2026.

Below is the timetable for meeting registration pricing. Non-member pricing includes a one-year NMC membership.

*Note: To qualify for the student rate, you must be a current student seeking a bachelor’s, master’s, PhD or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Postgraduate students are considered “professionals” and thus pay the Professional Member rate.
Short Courses: Optional to add onto meeting registration. $150-$200 depending on the Short Course selected.
The upcoming NMC Annual Meeting will offer simultaneous Spanish interpretation, allowing both English- and Spanish-speaking NMC members to fully understand all General Session and Research and Development Summaries Session presentations.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If you register for the NMC Annual Meeting in-person option, you understand that if you opt to not attend in person, you may be refunded a difference of the in-person cost compared to the livestream cost, for a maximum of $250.
- Until December 31, 2025 – registration cost minus virtual registraion cost will be refunded
- Between January 1-15, 2026 – up to 50% of registration costs, (minus virtual registraion cost) will be refunded
- No refunds after January 15, 2026
