Labby is a hardware + optical AI startup born out of MIT. we are building next-generation mobile sensing technology for the dairy industry, using light and optics,  providing fast, accurate, and affordable milk testing solutions to improve animal health, reduce antibiotics over-use, and improve the livelihoods of dairy farmers.
